If you’re not sure how to choose between concepts such as exercises, workout systems, nutrition, rest, and many others, or if you’re just looking for a training partner to push you through that last repetition, Mars Athletic trainers are the right address for you. By using measurement procedures, they will create a training program that addresses your goals and perhaps even needs that you weren’t aware of, with the important elements of safe exercise – warm-up, proper exercise form, proper weight selection, and stretching – completed under the supervision and guidance of your trainer in every workout. HOW CAN I ENTER THE CLUB?

After downloading our MAC+ application, you can log in by using the mobile phone number you provided during the membership process. You can enter the club contactless by clicking on the QR icon on the application’s main screen and scanning the QR code on the turnstiles.
