HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
You don’t need to go to the club to become a member of MACFit! All you have to do is click on the “Join Now” button and complete the necessary steps.
HOW CAN I ENTER THE CLUB?
After downloading our MAC+ application, you can log in by using the mobile phone number you provided during the membership process. You can enter the club contactless by clicking on the QR icon on the application’s main screen and scanning the QR code on the turnstiles.
ARE THERE GROUP CLASSES IN THE CLUB?
MACFit offers hundreds of group classes that you may or may not have thought of. You can access all group classes from the link.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR GROUP CLASSES?
Group classes in MACFit are free of charge.
HOW LONG ARE THE GROUP CLASSES AT MACFit?
The duration of group classes at MACFit varies depending on the class. To get detailed information about a class, you can visit the club page on our website and check the class schedule.
HOW CAN I RESERVE MY PLACE FOR A GROUP CLASS?
After downloading our MAC+ mobile application to your phone, you can make a reservation anytime you want for the group classes. Depending on the availability of the classes, you can also join them instantly when you go to the club.
DO I GET AN EXERCISE PROGRAM AS A NEW MEMBER?
After becoming a member, you can book a FitAppointment to get to know the club and create an exercise program with our trainers.
DO YOU OFFER DIETITIAN SERVICES?

CAN I BRING A GUEST WITH ME TO MY CLUB?
If you would like to give your guest a tour of the club, our teams at the club will gladly help you.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
You can learn the working hours of our clubs by visiting the page of the relevant club on our website.
ARE THERE LOCKER ROOMS AND LOCKERS IN EVERY CLUB
We have showers, toilets, lockers and hair dryers in all of our clubs, and you can use all of them for free. Don’t forget to bring a locker lock with you to use the lockers safely.
DO I NEED TO BRING A TOWEL?
Yes, and don’t forget to bring a towel, locker lock, shampoo and drinking water when you come to the club.
DO YOU OFFER PARKING SERVICE?
Most of our clubs have parking available. You can check the parking situation of the club you are interested in on the “club” page of our website.
IS THERE WI-FI ACCESS AT MACFit?
Yes, all of our clubs have wi-fi available.
DO YOU OFFER KIDS CLUB SERVICES?
We do not currently have a kids club service, yet.
HOW CAN I ENTER THE CLUB OUTSIDE OF THE SHOPPING MALL’S WORKING HOURS?
If you arrive by car, you can enter from the shopping mall parking lot; if you come on foot, it’s possible to enter through the door specified by the club management.

IS MAC+ AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE?
Yes, MAC+ is open to everyone's use. After quickly signing up, you can also benefit from MAC+'s extensive exercise library and access a rich resource to reach your fitness goals.
HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MAC+ TO MY PHONE?
You can download our MAC+ mobile application to your phone through the App Store / Google Play or by clicking on the link.
CAN I BOOK MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR GROUP CLASSES VIA MAC+?
You can make reservations for hundreds of different group classes offered by MACFit up to 2 days in advance. Also, don’t forget to check-in via MAC+ when you attend the class.
HOW MUCH IS THE MEMBERSHIP FEE?

CAN I PAY CASH?
As we conduct membership transactions online, we cannot accept cash payments.
IS THERE A MONTHLY PAYMENT OPTION?
Yes, there is a flexible monthly payment option.
CAN I CHANGE THE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION I USED WHEN I BECAME A MEMBER LATER ON?
You can update your card information and make payments with your new card by logging in to your account on our website.
IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE FOR MAKING ONLINE PAYMENTS?
Yes, it is absolutely secure. As MACFit, we do not store credit card information in our payment systems and databases. The encrypted card information you save to your membership account is stored with the security of bank systems.
ARE THERE CCTV CAMERAS IN THE CLUBS?
Yes, our MACFit clubs are monitored by a comprehensive closed-circuit television (CCTV) system.
