I expressly consent and approve, within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, that my contact information such as name-surname, phone number and e-mail that I have shared with Mars Sportif Tesisler İşletmeciliği A.Ş. be used by Mars Sportif Tesisler İşletmeciliği A.Ş. within the scope of marketing activities, that I be contacted via SMS, e-mail and telephone channels, and that commercial electronic messages be sent to me through these channels, that informational messages, announcements, newsletters, news, campaigns, invitations, personalized content, offers, celebrations and good wishes be sent to me, and that the commercial electronic communication processes be carried out by the supplier companies from which Mars Sportif Tesisler İşletmeciliği A.Ş. receives services on this matter.

Pursuant to the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, our Company Mars Sportif Tesisler İşletmeciliği A.Ş. sends Commercial Electronic Messages to recipients who have given their consent through means such as short messages, e-mails, telephones, call centers, automatic dialing machines and smart sound recording systems, and thereby establishes commercial communication.
