Our Mat Pilates classes offer a creative and fun interpretation of the 34 mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. These classes use body weight to make you feel stronger, more flexible, improve your endurance and enhance your posture. PILATES HARDCORE
This class is a challenging and effective 50-minute Mat Pilates workout that will improve your endurance and strength with advanced-level movements. In PILATES HARDCORE, you have the option to use props to intensify the workout, but even without them, the class is challenging enough.

PILATES MAT WORKOUT
This 50-minute class focuses on strengthening the entire body with intermediate-level Pilates movements, while also providing mobility and stabilization exercises and an intense core workout.

POWER PILATES MAT
Get ready for a high-intensity, advanced-level workout with quick transitions between exercises. Power Pilates Mat is a 50-minute class that focuses on improving strength, flexibility and endurance through advanced control and stabilization exercises.
