Considered the center of the body, the muscles of our “Core,” which means “center and nucleus” refers to the muscles in the central region of the body, the area from below the chest to the hips… Core exercises regulate the transfer of power between the lower and upper body, thus maintaining our balance. They also form the basis of exercises that support proper and strong posture. If you find it difficult to do these important Core workouts alone or do not enjoy them, the synergy created with other group members and instructor-led Core exercises will make them indispensable. Designed to strengthen and sculpt all the muscles in the Core area, in just half an hour, The ABS Crunch class is the best way to achieve a tight and toned abdomen.

CORE & STRETCHING
The first part of this 50-minute class focuses on strengthening the Core muscles and activating the muscles that support the spine, while the second part aims to stretch the entire body, improve joint mobility and prevent injuries.

CORE KILLER
This 30-minute high-intensity class works the Core muscles in different planes using weight equipment, aiming for advanced level strengthening of the abdominal muscles.
