MAC Team offers a variety of group exercises that have been designed to suit your fitness needs and preferences. With our star instructors, who have at least 15 years of deep knowledge and experience in their respective fields, you can participate in indoor and outdoor group classes
that will take your fun and enjoyment to new heights.

MEET WITH MAC TEAM
AYSUN DÜZ – PILATES
I should start by saying that being a part of the MAC Team has given me great pride. This team has shown me the importance of being consistent, patient and the importance of knowing what you want. Before joining MAC Team, I used to give at least 5-6 group classes per week, but now every day is shining with the magnificent energy of group classes. To be able to present the most accurate movements to a group of people who have come together for my class with different abilities and ages, without disrupting the tempo and flow of my class… what could develop and make an instructor happier than that? My goal at MAC Team is to ensure that when people hear the words “pilates group class” they remember how great of an experience they had.
BURAK GÜNEY – DANCE
Group classes are my most valuable skill that allows me to reach more people with fun. There is no other task that motivates me as much as training to music, bringing everyone together in the same area and seeing them have fun. My career, started in 2006 with a foundation in gymnastics and dance, reached its peak thanks to Mars Athletic, which I met in 2016, because I was able to reach many people and bring them to a happiness level where they could escape their daily routine by dancing under one roof. Come on, let’s let ourselves go to the rhythm of the music together.
FİGEN Y. UĞUR – STRENGTH
For me, the definition of a group class has not changed since 2003: it means coming together to motivate each other, train together, reach a common goal, combining movements with music and rhythm and seeing the tired but happy expressions on everyone’s faces when it’s time to stretch. Leading the crowds to the most accurate workouts, having fun and entertaining on stage and sharing energy in a group always makes me very happy. In my profession, which I have not taken a break from since 2000, I am at MAC Team to offer all the knowledge and effort I use to shape bodies with the right method in strength classes and I’m waiting for you to join my class.
ÖZGÜR AKTÜRK – CARDIO
Being on stage and touching people’s lives both physically and mentally with the help of music, helping them increase their physical and mental awareness and seeing the smile and satisfaction in their eyes during and after the class… All of these are the endless fuel of my love for group classes that has been burning inside me since 1999. One of the longest journeys of my life is to load as many new skills as I can into my body and mind until the end of my life. Sports that keep my body and mind standing and fit are my greatest helpers to achieve my desires on this path. I am excited to see the smiles in the eyes of the participants in my cardio category group classes.
NİLÜFER ERGİN – HIIT
I have always been a team sports player. Group classes are no different than team practices for me. I find what I want, both as an athlete and as a trainer, the best performance and happiness in myself and my students in group classes. MAC Team is very valuable to me. Being with the most experienced, energy-transferring and talented trainers in the industry makes me proud. More importantly, MAC Team doesn’t just mean me and my friends; it means anyone who wants to take a step that will be good for themselves and their bodies in this community of good living. I am here for you with my expertise in strength and high-intensity training (HIIT) content.
YENER KAHRAMAN – CYCLE
I spent 15 of my 30 years of athletic career at Mars Athletic. Throughout this long journey, my Cycle group consisting of the most resilient cyclists, my strength class consisting of the strongest and my boxing team consisting of the toughest with whom I started, continue our path with the same energy as our first day. Cycle is the category that I am responsible for at MAC Team and my goal is to take the indoor cycling branch to the highest levels, just like the championships I won in Karate and to spread the energy, passion and enthusiasm of Cycle to everyone. Come to the first class you can today, without waiting for tomorrow and feel how the rhythm meets the pedal with me!
ÖZLEM YILANCI AKKAŞ – YOGA
My journey in yoga started when I received my Yoga Alliance-approved certification in 2008 and continued with my education at Partmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, India, which is an essential part of the journey. My journey continued with various other education programs, including prenatal yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Fly, Yin Yoga and many more. Since spiritual energy is a little more prominent in yoga, the effect of each class is higher, and the energy is stronger when done in a group. Therefore, I believe that practicing yoga in a group is always more effective. That’s why since 2011, the group classes I’ve been teaching under the Mars Athletic umbrella are more than just a job for me, it’s a complete lifestyle. Being able to touch the hearts and bodies of participants after every class brings me great joy. Now, I want to share this happiness and peace with everyone I can reach through MAC Team.
