DISCLOSURE TEXT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WITHIN THE SCOPE OF COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION AND CAMPAIGN PROCESSES

Pursuant to the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, a Commercial Electronic Message is defined as “messages containing data, sound and visual content that are made through electronic means such as telephones, call centers, faxes, automatic dialing machines, smart sound recording systems, electronic mail, short messaging services, and that are sent for commercial purposes”. Within the scope of the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, prior consent must be obtained by the service provider directly or through IYS for commercial electronic messages sent to the electronic communication addresses of the recipients in order to promote and market its goods and services, to promote its business, or to increase its recognition through content such as celebrations and good wishes.

Pursuant to the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, our Company Mars Sportif Tesisler İşletmeciliği A.Ş. sends Commercial Electronic Messages to recipients who have given their consent through means such as short messages, e-mails, telephones, call centers, automatic dialing machines and smart sound recording systems, and thereby establishes commercial communication.

This Disclosure Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data Within the Scope of Commercial Electronic Communication Processes (“Commercial Electronic Message Disclosure Text”) has been prepared and presented to your information in order to fulfill our obligation of disclosure pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) in our capacity as Data Controller regarding the personal data shared with our Company by recipients, members and customers for the purposes of sending Commercial Electronic Messages and establishing commercial electronic communication.
