Our Mat Pilates classes offer a creative and fun interpretation of the 34 mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. These classes use body weight to make you feel stronger, more flexible, improve your endurance and enhance your posture. With exercise combinations designed by our trainers, you’ll have a different experience in every class, occasionally incorporating small and large balls, Pilates circles, resistance bands and other equipment.

PILATES EQUIPMENT
This class uses supportive equipment such as the Pilates ring, small ball, foam roller, and Pilates band to provide a unique full-body workout. Get ready for a fun Mat Pilates session where these tools sometimes challenge your movements and sometimes support you along the way.

This class, specially designed for those new to Pilates, focuses primarily on teaching fundamental movements and Pilates terminology. In this 50-minute session featuring beginner-level exercises, you’ll be introduced in detail to Pilates breathing, proper posture, and correct alignment.

PILATES HARDCORE
This class is a challenging and effective 50-minute Mat Pilates workout that will improve your endurance and strength with advanced-level movements. In PILATES HARDCORE, you have the option to use props to intensify the workout, but even without them, the class is challenging enough.

This high-intensity class, featuring fast transitions between movements, is suitable for advanced participants. POWER PILATES MAT is a 50-minute workout designed to simultaneously improve strength, flexibility, and endurance through advanced-level control and stabilization movements.
